Nothing to do on a Saturday night

I feel like I should write about something in an attempt to be useful, mostly. But nothing comes to mind.....and I've been sitting here for a while doing nothing but looking at things online, which is NOT my cup of tea. Hello aimlessness!

People tell me I need a hobbies. I don't like this implication, especially when the people telling me this don't have anything to occupy their time, let alone anything interesting. That's probably harsh, but it's true. I don't really have hobbies, but I have interests. They're just not enough to fill up an entire evening.

My Saturday quickly transformed from average laid-back lazy day to scramble- around- trying to find something to do and people to hang out with -evening. So that's what I've been doing for the last (3) hour(s) in Boulder. I successfully managed to kill 45 minutes drawing gas masks and abandoned houses while downing at least 4 shots of espresso without notice. (now my stomach isn't happy).

I just typed in cricket meditation in youtube.
I found lessons in 'meditation' (well that's what i would expect, kind of) from a man recording in Singapore. He couldn't keep his eyes open while he was speaking, and my skepticism took over. Maybe he was just so relaxed from his meditation? Maybe I can learn from this. All other searches were of some sub-par live recordings of a reggae band from California. Probably lots of weed involved.

Now the Foo Fighters are playing on Pandora. Not okay Pandora.
I should invest in band-searching with all this spare time I seem to have, but so far no luck. I did manage to find a "summer hits from the 2000s" station that I really like. It has a lot of old school rap like Busta Rhymes and some Beyonce/random female rappers. That was fun on a non-summery day.

Now I'm just looking at Etsy. And looking up craft projects I'll never want to do and how to tie a tie. confusing.
