Dreams and loss

I would like to stop having dreams where I see the deaths of my dad and brother, please.
I mean, I really see them. It's so vivid and shot  like a TV show--with the close up frame. It's terrifying.

I don't take these dreams to mean some prophetic premonition or anything, but I do think it says something about the extent to which I feel some sort of loss.

I don't know [either of] you at all. I'm talking basic facts, here.
And we really make no attempt to change this.
I can't come to you with things. Happy, sad, or otherwise.

It's just... sad. It really is.
And I guess it bothers me a whole hell of a lot more than I realized.
