Lessons from therapy part ( ): We construct these core beliefs, whether consciously or unconsciously, that guide our behavior, our thoughts, our moods, etc.
I've been trying to figure out what mine are. And hopefully find some goods ones. But, the problematic fact is,
fortunately this one can be custom-tailored to fit a whole slew of situations. And I think I'm good at making it fit.
