Things that are empty. no longer useful.
empty empty. e.m.p.t.y. no longer full.
Why keep them? keep them and love them and bring them with me when I leave one place for another. dozens of jars, under tables, on top of the shelf, in the drawers.
empty boxes.
empty suitcases stacked against the walls. stacked inside the closet.
in spaces you don't touch. empty wine classes by the bed and under the desk.
empty tupperware. empty bottles lined up, never taken out.
bagsinbagsinbags. plastic bags. suspended by thumb tacks on faded green paper. some open but most closed with stale air.
empty books empty shapes empty lines.

Does it mean something? or nothing. is there a reason to hold on to things that have been used to their potential. no reason. no meaning.
re-purposing for what?

I just like empty things.
empty.
