okay.

I had this really epic experience today during acupuncture.
The physical manifestation of  the somethings happening with my mood and in my head and heart came over me like a wave of calming heat. It was really amazing and serene. It's happened once before. And I love it.
In this moment, I had clarity. I had presence of mind and spirit. I had love.

We're going to be okay. I know it.
