Baking

Ok, so I'm all about grain-free baking, right? Right. Ideally, I would like to be grain free/sugar free/ etc etc.

However.
I'm really not a fan of eating epic quantities of almond flour (it's quite easy to do.)....and as much as I'd love to love coconut flour....it does not love me (and quite frankly, I am starting to hate the taste of coconut.)

so what's an allergy-crazy girl to do?
