wandering on my own: SOHO

today's wanderings, conclusions, etc:

I have thoroughly embraced the idea of instant coffee. Not very good, but it's easy on the budget.

SOHO certainly has no shortage of gay men.

my clothes are too colorful and too casual for this city.

Tailors are just thieves with sewing skills.

scary looking constables can actually be quite friendly.

(after sitting in a coffee shop overhearing a very heartfelt conversation by two guys). I need to work on eye contact...theirs even made me a little uncomfortable.

book stores rule.

coming home and cooking is a nice end to a busy day.
