sunshine and coffee time, what more do you need

as part of my plan to recover from last night's train wreck, I decided to spend some time outside today.

such a beautiful day--a little "chilly" for floridian standards--but perfect for biking. I spent a good 3 hours riding around, and ended up at the beach and just hung out by myself for a while.

topped it off with some coffee time and checkers in lake worth. apparently I suck at board games.

exactly what I needed.
