Things I figured out yesterday (aka we're BOTH worriers)

I need(ed) to realize that I don't have to get everything from one person.

Nor is it fair or reasonable to expect that.

It's the same with friends: different people sometimes bring out different dynamics/levels-of-goofy. Some are "going out dancing", some are grab-lunch-and-talk friends, and only a few are pretty much everything in some bizarre combination of some sort (aka Melissa, Emily, and SarahM. Those freaks.).

I think my behavior was (is?) a byproduct of not having that same group-or variety of groups- of people around, so not having different social outlets and not knowing what to do with that: where or how to channel what energy, when, or to whom.

 --------

In sum: I overanalyze situations like this, when I don't have a solution. Navigating big changes is hard.
