Food list, to be continued I'm sure....

of course at the top of this list is make my own recipes, not just 'modify'.

I want to make my own pasta.
prerogies.
cook something in red wine for an hour
make jam
use more fruit reductions [in creative ways]
learn the difference between heirloom tomatoes and regular ones
plan dishes based on their presentation (more than i do already, or at least try to do)
make a pie crust; and get as close to filo dough as humanly possible in Gluten-free land
learn versatility with 'greens'.
cook a whole bird
...and a rack of lamb. Because it's fancy
grow my own garden
more mint. more fresh basil.
throw a dinner party outside, with christmas and hanging lights
make my own candy (not so much to eat as to see if i can do it)
more fritters!
