"life's not fair." Yea yea, we get it.
This year has taught me that you can work hard and get nowhere.
That you can be a good person and still be treated like shit. Repeatedly. By people less than you.
That life DEFINITELY sucks without health insurance. But we knew this already.
That you can can have a good relationship, but still have problems that sometimes feel impossible to solve.
Hopefully...this year will also teach me that good things happen to good people, it just takes a little more time for some of us.
